At The Event Co., our dance floor rentals range from Traditional and Maple Wood options to chic Black and crisp White Dance Floors. Available in various sizes to accommodate your guest count, our wooden dance floors start from 12×12, fitting 50 guests, and can go up to 28×28, suitable for 250 guests.

For a sleek look, our white dance floors are offered in sizes ranging from 12×12 for 50 guests to a spacious 21×21 for up to 200 guests. No matter the size of your party, we have the perfect dance floor to get everyone moving!

Dance Floor Sizing Guide

As a general rule, about 40% to 50% of your guests will be on the dance floor at any given time. While every event is different, this is usually a good estimate for weddings and other celebrations,

For example, if you are expecting 200 guests, you can plan for about 80 to 100 people dancing at one time.

Each person typically needs at least 3 square feet of space on the dance floor to move around comfortably. Using that guideline, the chart below shows the estimated number of dancers that can fit on different dance floor sizes.

Please use this guide to help determine which dance floor size will work best for your event.

12' x 12' = 48 dancers (100 guests)
15' x 15' = 75 dancers (150 guests)
18' x 18' = 108 dancers (200 guests)
21' x 21' = 147 dancers (250 guests)
24' x 24' = 192 dancers (400 guests)
